  • Native Land is a privately owned, specialist residential development company operating in the prime central London market. It is behind some of London’s most exciting apartment buildings, including NEO Bankside, a world class development beside Tate Modern on the south bank of the Thames.

    The company was founded in 2003 by the executive directors, each of whom has over 20 years experience in the sector. In 2007, The Buccleuch Estates, the UK’s largest private landowner, acquired a significant shareholding in the company. 

    Having sold its development portfolio in 2007/2008, Native Land re-entered the land market in early 2009. It has since acquired £175m of development land and now has over 1m sq.ft in the planning and development pipeline.
