Along with Chief Executive Alasdair Nicholls, Jonathan co founded Native Land in 2003.

He has considerable experience in the acquisition and funding of major, complex residential developments and the creation of joint ventures with both UK and international partners and co investors.

Jonathan has over 15 years experience in the London market and previous to establishing Native Land he was New Business Director of Taylor Woodrow Capital Developments.

Alasdair co founded Native Land in 2003. He has over 20 years experience in the central London residential market, having been responsible for some of the most significant new developments in the sector over this period.

Prior to founding Native Land Alasdair was Managing Director of Taylor Woodrow Capital Developments and a director of Taylor Woodrow Property Company.

He has significant international property experience, notably in Europe and Asia, having led the growth of the company and the formation of a number of strategic relationships with joint venture partners and co investors from both the UK and abroad.
 

Nicholas is responsible for all Sales, PR and Marketing activities at Native Land, both in the UK and internationally, including most notably NEO Bankside, Waldron House and Cheyne Terrace.

Before joining Native Land in early 2008, Nicholas spent six years in the Residential Development team at Grosvenor, as a Development Manager involved in delivering 10 Montrose Place, 4 Halkin Street and Gilbert & Davies Street amongst others.

He is a Chartered Surveyor with an MSc in Real Estate from Reading University and a BA (Hons) in Geography from Newcastle University.

John Brooks joined Native land in 2004 having previously held the posts of Finance Director of both Taylor Woodrow Property Company and Taylor Woodrow Capital Developments.

He has over 30 years experience in all aspects of the international property business and has played a key role in many high profile commercial and residential property transactions across London.
 

Dan Clarke joined Native Land during the company's first year of trading in 2003, having previously worked with the Canary Wharf Group. He is a member of the Royal Institute of British Architects and holds an MSc in Property Development from South Bank University.

Dan has been responsible for managing a number of the company's most high profile schemes, including 10 Montrose Place and NEO Bankside.
 

James joined Native Land in 2006 having spent over 20 years with Taylor Woodrow Property Company, the last 10 as board director. His background is in acquisitions and funding, complex planning negotiations and asset management.

Catherine joined Native Land in 2005 and is a graduate in Estate Management from London South Bank University.

Peter is a Civil Engineer with over 25 years experience in the development sector, having previously been with Trafalgar House Ltd and Taylor Woodrow Plc. He has led the project management discipline on a number of large - scale, complex residential developments across London, on behalf of major international joint ventures, including "Kensington Green", "Montevetro" and now, "NEO Bankside".

Peter joined Native Land in 2006, having previously held the post of Project Management Director at Taylor Woodrow Capital Developments.
 

Iomi is a certified accountant and provides corporate and project financial support at Native Land.

David is Managing Director of Buccleuch Property and represents the interests of the Buccleuch Group on the board of Native Land.

He has extensive property experience both in the UK and internationally and works closely with Chief Executive Alasdair Nicholls in the expansion of the company's co investor relationships.
 

Andrew has over 20 years experience in the London development arena, having previously held senior positions at Taylor Woodrow Capital Developments, Hammerson Plc and Candy & Candy.

He joined Native Land in 2008.
 

Yumeng trained as an architect, working with Kohn Pederson Fox International and Forster + Partners. He joined Native Land in 2009 and is involved in new acquisitions and negotiations for on and off site affordable housing provision across the company's developments.

Bianca has worked at Native Land since 2010. She provides support on a number of projects and is the assistant to Alasdair Nicholls and Jonathan Mantovani.

Chris joined Native Land in 2009 after obtaining a BSc in Accounting and Finance from The University of East Anglia.

Jay studied history at Oxford University before joining Grosvenor in 2005, where he completed an MSc at Reading University in Real Estate Investment and Finance and became a Chartered Surveyor. Jay worked in London, Shanghai, Hong Kong and Tokyo with Grosvenor and joined Native Land in 2010.
 

Jon is a graduate of Sheffield University and joined Native Land in 2010. He is responsible for implementing all customer care strategies at the company.

Sophia joined Native Land in 2009 after obtaining a Masters degree in Property Valuation and Law from CASS Business School.

Walter is a graduate of Edinburgh University and obtained a Masters Degree in Real Estate in the Built Environment from London South Bank University, before joining Native Land in 2011.

Philip joined Native Land in 2011 having previously held senior finance posts at Taylor Woodrow, William Pears, Salmon Developments, HSBC and St Martins. He has 20 years of experience in all financial aspects of the property business having been heavily involved in reporting, system implementations and debt finance.

Philip is an Economics graduate of Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge and a Chartered Accountant.
 

Clive joined the board of Native Land as an executive director in June 2012. He is responsible for top-level management and finance for the company’s development projects & investment properties.

As a former Managing Partner of Montagu Evans he brings extensive experience in acquisitions and disposals, commercial and residential property appraisals and development consultancy. Clive has over 20 years experience in advising banks and developers on a large number of the capital's most significant residential development projects.

Aa a founding investor in Native Land Clive has been intimately involved in the company's strategic direction and growth over the past nine years. 

 

Stephen is a former Chief Executive of Grosvenor (UK and Ireland) and Managing Director of Hines UK. He has over 30 years of experience in the central London market, in the commercial and residential sectors - across the development, investment and fund management fields.

Stephen is also currently Chairman of the fund management group Mayfair Capital, business adviser to the London legal firm Boodle Hatfield and a trustee to both the Prince’s Regeneration Trust and Royal Academy.
 

 

Robert joined Native Land in July 2012 as Investor Relations Executive with over 18 years of experience in real estate development management focusing multi-phased strategies, financial analyses and funding structures.

Robert Harris has provided strategic and detailed development direction for private, public and governmental groups in London and Abu Dhabi, including business planning, statutory planning, financial modelling (including Shari’ah compliant structures), product form and function, and property and asset management.

Through the development of some 1.5m m2 (16m ft2) of residential, commercial and retail floor space in the UK and UAE, Robert has gained an in-depth understanding of the diversity of approaches, challenges and motivators for the development of real estate.
 

Gilly is an experienced PA and joined Native Land in October 2012. She is the assistant to Clive Riding.

Mark graduated with a Real Estate degree from the Royal Agricultural College in 2009.  Prior to joining Native Land in 2012, Mark worked for a residential development consultancy in Ireland.

David Coreth joined Native Land in 2013 as a Sales and Marketing Executive. He has considerable experience in marketing high value London residential projects in South East Asian Markets. He was closely involved with projects such as Kensington Green, Montevetro and St. Katherine’s for Taylor Woodrow Capital Developments.
