Bankside Yards will create a fifth-generation energy-saving network, the first of its kind in the UK:

‘Arbor — an ESG-focused workspace building, and Opus — a prime residential building, will enjoy the benefits of the energy-sharing network from the outset, and the benefits will be enhanced as each new building is completed and added to the network.’
