Native Land purchased the long leasehold interest in Kilmuir House in Belgravia, Central London, in April 2016.
Following comprehensive refurbishment in 2017, Kilmuir House was relaunched as 49 home, 35,225-sq ft development in the private-rented sector.
The project was completed in partnership with Amcorp Properties Berhad of Malaysia, a long-standing joint venture partner in Native Land’s residential business. The building freehold is owned by Grosvenor, with whom Native Land has a number of strategic partnerships in the UK and overseas.
