Native Land is working with Places for London (PfL), architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners, and heritage specialist Julian Harrap Architects to sensitively repair and enhance through development the buildings and land at South Kensington Station. The project will provide 50 new homes, including 35% on-site affordable housing, workspace and shops. It will complete the delivery of much-needed step-free access to the Circle & District underground lines, via a new entrance on Thurloe Street. The plans also include the complete restoration of the Grade-II listed station arcade, and the refurbishment of the historic Thurloe Street façade.
