We are delighted to announce that Veson Nautical, global leader in maritime freight management solutions, will be the latest addition to Arbor, Bankside Yards, taking a 13,500 sq ft space within the all-electric building.

Arbor is now 75% let or under offer, as Veson Nautical joins prominent companies such as Flutter, Wipro, Merlin Entertainments as well as the Carbon Trust.

Veson Nautical Chief Financial Officer, Sean Bridgeo, explained the reason behind their decision to move to Arbor, SE1:

“We are thrilled to be moving into Arbor at Bankside Yards, a development that perfectly aligns with our commitment to innovation and sustainability. This new space not only allows us to accommodate our growing team but also places us in a dynamic and culturally rich area of London.”

The unrivalled lifestyle offerings of the area were a key draw for Veson Nautical. The 12th-floor space they will occupy includes a private on-floor south-facing terrace and floor-to-ceiling windows that provide exceptional views of the River Thames and London’s skyline, alongside plenty of natural light.

Alasdair Nicholls, Chief Executive of Native Land, shared his thoughts:

Bankside Yards is rapidly becoming an extraordinary district within one of London’s most exciting and culturally rich neighbourhoods – we’re delighted to welcome Veson to join this community.”

The remaining space is available through Arbor’s leasing agents, Knight Frank and Ingleby Trice LLP.
