We are proud to announce that Arbor, Bankside Yards, has won the CoStar Group Impact Award for Commercial Development of the Year 2024.

The award recognises significant contributions to the Commercial Property Industry. Arbor has been analysed and compared to thousands of other developments to be recognised as the winner for 2024, which is a testament to the innovation of the project and public realm development.

James Finnis of JLL, one of the judges for the award, praised Arbor for its “Excellent sustainability credentials delivering a people-centric scheme.”

The Carbon Trust opened its 13,800 sq ft global headquarters at Arbor, Bankside Yards in March 2023. The climate consultancy’s decision to move to Bankside Yards is underpinned by Arbor’s excellent location, great amenities and strong environmental credentials – all of which allow the business to support its own decarbonisation goals while remaining within the SE1 postcode.
