We are pleased to announce Nicholas Gray and Dan Clarke will be joining the Native Land board. Nicholas Gray, previously Sales & Marketing Director, and Dan Clarke, previously Development Director, have both been promoted to Executive Director, taking up their new positions this month.

Dan has over two decades’ experience in development. He has been responsible for managing some of Native Land’s most high-profile and successful developments, including 10 Montrose Place, NEO Bankside and Burlington Gate.

Dan Clarke, Executive Director at Native Land, said:

“I am excited to join the board of Native Land and to continue contributing to our strategic vision at this pivotal time. With our strong track record in delivering exceptional developments, I am looking forward to working alongside my colleagues at Native Land as well as our partners to continue creating really special places.”

Nicholas Gray will continue to lead the sales, marketing and product side of the business, together with bespoke projects for private clients. Nicholas has been responsible for more than £2bn of prime residential sales in his career to date, both in the UK, and internationally, principally in East Asia and the Middle East.

Nicholas Gray, Executive Director at Native Land, said:

“Native Land has always been committed to excellence, bringing forward products that are unmatched in the market. I’m delighted to take on such a key role to elevate our brand, build on our relationships and ultimately push us and our developments to the highest level of market success.”

Alasdair Nicholls, Chief Executive of Native Land shared his thoughts:

“The appointments of Nick and Dan to the board are a testament to their dedication and expertise within Native Land over many years. Their leadership will be crucial as we continue to expand our portfolio and deliver outstanding developments, generating significant value for Native Land and our UK and international co-investor partners.”

Their promotions come at a pivotal time as we expand our portfolio of premium mixed-use, workspace, and residential developments across central London and the UK in 2025.
