Alice joined Native Land in 2024 to lead Marketing & PR across the business. With over 10 years’ experience, Alice has successfully developed impactful corporate and consumer communications programmes spanning London’s dynamic residential and commercial development sectors.
In the Prime Central London market, Alice was most notably responsible for launching one of Mayfair’s finest, super-prime residential developments with a project GDV of £500m.
Alice’s focus is on strategic marketing and public relations for projects across Native Land’s portfolio, including the 1.4m sq ft mixed-use Bankside Yards development in Central London; Arbor, the ESG-focussed, flagship commercial building, and Opus, the 50-storey residential tower at Bankside Yards; 100 George Street in Marylebone; New Eidyn, part of the St James’ Quarter regeneration project in Edinburgh city centre, and 105 Judd Street, a lab-enabled life sciences workspace in Kings Cross.
