Kirsty graduated from Warwick University with a degree in Management, and began her career as an auditor with Ernst and Young LLP. Kirsty qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2009, and soon became an Audit Manager in 2011.
She joined the Native Land finance team in 2013 as a Senior Management Accountant before becoming Corporate Finance Manager, now holding the position as Managing Director of Finance.
