Cheyne Terrace was purchased by Native Land, in a joint venture with Grosvenor and a Hong Kong based Family Office investor in early 2012. The asset was in receivership and a number of significant issues were addressed by Native Land on behalf of the partnership, including ownership and neighbourly matters as well as substantial revisions to the existing planning consent. Significant improvements were therefore made to the scheme in careful consultation with the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, which maximised development potential.
